1. What is our privacy policy

The privacy of our customers is very important to us. For more information click on the special page with our privacy policy.

2. What are the terms and conditions?

The general conditions are based on the conditions of the Thuiswinkelwaarborg organization. For more information about the general terms and conditions, please check our general terms and conditions page.

3. What should I do if I have a complaint?

If you have complaints about our service or products, you can contact our customer service: info@hartberger.nl or by Telephone: +31 (0) 183 502166.  (8:00 hrs – 16:30 hrs)
We will help you with your complaint as soon as possible.

The complaint is valid if it is not caused by:
- Damage by intent or negligence
- Improper use or negligent maintenance
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage due to failure to observe or incorrect use of the instructions

4. Order for the first time at De Man – Werkendam

4.1. Select a product

- With the various search options in our webshop, you can easily search in our assortment of products. You can indicate on various pages which article you are looking for (like a country or year). Our range is divided over different brands, which are subdivided into different groups of products.
- If you click on an article of your choice or interest, you get more information about the product. It is also possible to add this article to your Wishlist or favourites (If you are logged in on our website).
- Did you make your choice? Then click on ‘Add to Cart’ to add the article to your shopping Cart. You can choose to pay directly or to continue shopping. If you choose to continue shopping, it is always possible to see what is inside your Shopping Cart. Click on ‘My Shopping Cart’ at the top right of our website to see what is inside and complete your order. If you are not sure about a an particulair article, you can always remove items by clicking on the trash can. The product will now be removed from your Shopping Cart.

4.2. Order as Guest, or login, or create an new account


- You do not need to be logged in or create an account to make an order at our webshop. You will miss some benefits from our webshop, when you are ordering without an account.
- Have you ever bought anything from our webshop? Then you can directly login with your e-mail address and your own chosen password.
- Is this your first visit to our HARTBERGER webshop?  A one-time request is made to enter your details. The fields with a * are required fields.

4.3. Choose a payment method

- If you have a discount code or Bonus points, you can enter this code in the payment selection. We then calculate the total price.
- We offer different payment options. For more information about these options, you can look at the Payment Methods page. You can indicate which payment method you prefer.
- Then click on the icon for 'Yes I agree with the terms and conditions and privacy policy’.
- Then click on the next to go to the final-check page.

4.4. Finish your order

You will now see an overview of your order. Here you can check whether all information and products are correct.
Click on ‘complete order’ if all  details are correct. Do you still want to change something? Click on ‘change address details’ or ‘change payment method’.

5. I want to cancel my order. How do I do that?

If the order is already on the road, cancellation is no longer possible. The articles are already in the delivery process. For clients from The Netherlands is returning a product free of charge. If you are outside The Netherlands, please contact us for information of returning a product. Follow the instructions on the Return Form. We will then refund the purchase amount to your account.

6. What is the delivery time of the ordered products?

On working days the delivery is immediate, this applies to 90% of all items at DE MAN - WERKENDAM that are in stock. The delivery time depends on the distance, all the clients receive a track-and-trace number to see where the package is.

7. Can I have the order delivered to someone else or to my work?

Yes, that is possible. When ordering you can indicate at which address you want the item to be delivered. It is also nice to surprise a friend with an original article. Also after ordering you will receive a track-and-trace number and login to your account at the parcelshop and change the delivery address.

8. Do you have a store that I can visit?

Yes, you can visit our factory showroom in Werkendam:

As a wholesaler / importer, we naturally also supply retailers throughout the wholw world, where you can buy our HARTBERGER assortment.

9. Do you make the articles yourself?

Yes, we are the producer of the complete HARTBERGER brand. De Man - Werkendam is manufacturer of the world famous Hartberger Coinholders, Hartberger binders, Euro-System (Importa V-pages and binders) and Mandor stamp albums. Most of our products are (hand) made in our own factory with the highest level of quality. Made in Holland. 

10. Do you also have a normal catalog?

Yes, there are paper brochures from the HARTBERGER and LINDNER brands, which can also be viewed digitally online.


11. I have forgotten my password, what now?

If you click on log in you will see a link with "forgot password". If you click on this and enter your e-mail address you will receive a new password in your e-mailbox. Of course you can change your password again with "change password".

Can an article after I have placed my order be not in stock?

Yes, this is possible although we do everything to prevent this. The delivery period will then be extended by a few days.

13. When will I receive an invoice about my order?

The invoice is sent after receipt of the payment, this can be directly with iDeal and Creditcard.

14. Do you also ship abroad?

We ship our hartberger products around the whole world. If your country does not exist on our list, please contact us and we will help you.

Payment Methods

We offer several payment methods. If you have a Dutch bankaccount, iDeal would be the easiest and fastest payment method for you.

Below is an overview of the different payment methods that De Man – Werkendam offers. You can indicate per order how you wish to pay.

How does iDeal works?

If you have a Dutch bankaccount, iDeal would be the easiest and fastest payment method for you. iDeal works with: ING, ABN AMRO, Rabobank, SNS Regiobank, SNS Bank, Friesland Bank, Fortis Bank or ASN Bank. iDeal follows the same procedure as normal internet banking. You need your own bank card as an identification method. There are no additional costs associated with this payment method.

How does Paypal works?

You can easily open a free PayPal account on the PayPal website. To pay you link the bank card or creditcard from your account to your PayPal account. You do not have to put money into your PayPal account, because the payment is immediately cashed through your bank card or creditcard.
There are no additional costs associated with the use of PayPal as a payment method.

How does payment with a Creditcard works?

We accept Mastercard and Visa. You enter your creditcard details at a secure SSL server, which can be recognized by the key at the top of the page. We will deliver your order as soon as the creditcard company has approved the payment. There are no additional costs associated with the use of this payment method. You only pay the costs for the use of your credit card that have been prepared by your credit card company.

How does transfer works?

If you choose for wire transfer, you will receive our bank details with your order confirmation on which you can transfer the amount of your order. After receiving the amount, we will send your order directly.

How does Sofort banking works?

If you want to pay with Sofort banking: First select your country and your bank which you want to make a payment. Then you will be send to a secure payment form. Log in with your internet banking data and confirm the transfwer with a card reader or pin. When you are finished, you will receive a confirmation of the transfer and order confirmation of our webshop.

How does Mr. Cash / Bancontact banking works?

If you want topay with Mr. Cash / Bancontact, first enter the requested data from your payment card. Then you enter a new screen. You then need your digipass, which you also use for online banking. Slide the Bancontact / MisterCash into the digipass and follow the instructions on the computer screen. You will receive a number at the end of this process that counts as an electronic signature. This confirms your identity and your payment. When you are finished, you will receive a confirmation of the transfer and order confirmation of our webshop.

 

 

How can I redeem a coupon?

Place an item in your shopping basket. If you want to order multiple items, click on "Continue shopping".
At the bottom of the screen at the shopping cart you can enter your discount code.
Click on 'use coupon' and your discount will be calculated automatically.
Click 'to the checkout' to continue with your order.

Validity and use:

On the coupon we mention whether one or more can be redeemed per order and what conditions you have to fulfill further. The validity date is also on your coupon. After this date the coupon can no longer be exchanged. You may use your coupon for offers and discount items unless otherwise indicated on the coupon. If the amount of your order exceeds the amount of the discount coupon, we will charge the remaining amount. The coupon can not be exchanged for cash. DE MAN - WERKENDAM.nl coupons are subject to the general terms and conditions of DE MAN - WERKENDAM and the coupon conditions.


Returns
  
Return of items is possible. Please contact us for more information: info@hartberger.nl

Here you will find a return form. On this form you can indicate which item(s) you want to send back. You must attach this form to the package that you send back to us.

Can I exchange my item?

If you want to exchange an item for another item, follow the return instructions to return the item that you do not want to keep. Then order the new article on www.hartberger.nl or send us and e-mail: info@hartberger.nl

I have received a defective article, what should I do?

DE MAN - WERKENDAM offers the best quality for the best prices. Yet it can happen that you receive an article that is not perfect or defect. You can then contact our customer service via info@hartberger.nl or via Tel: +31 (0) 183-502166. For a quick settlement we ask you to keep the delivery note and article data.
